Solutions for Success

In order to accomplish our clients’ and retailers’ expansion goals, we have created a Management In Training program, where we teach everything someone must learn and master in order to successfully manage our client and retail portfolio, such as sales and marketing, car key programming, team and leadership development, and business financial management. The purpose of this intensive training program is to get someone from Day One to Management in a year or less.

Our company's goal for our Los Angeles and Riverside teams is to promote four people to management by April, and another six people to management by October. We have never had a group of individuals more motivated, hard-working, and entrepreneurial than the team we have now, which makes us confident we will hit those benchmarks.
