The primary client in our portfolio is Car Keys Express. Car Keys Express was founded 25 years ago as a business to business company. The founder wanted to create a way to provide the same OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) keys and key fobs for consumers for a fraction of the dealership’s price. You have probably seen Car Keys Express technology at Walmarts and Home Depots. The “Keys NOW” kiosks were actually created by Car Keys Express. Car Keys Express is now the largest manufacturer of OEM key fobs in the United States.

 

Over the course of their first 20 years in business, Car Keys Express grew to be a 100 million dollar per year business. 5 years ago, we did a test at Sam’s Club, where we generated 20 thousand dollars in sales in only 6 days. This was the most amount of sales that Car Keys Express had ever seen one van do in 6 days. After that test, we officially partnered with Car Keys Express, becoming their first and only partner in their 25 year lifespan as a company. Since then, we have grown that one van to 110 vans nationwide partnered with Sam's Club and Costco, and we now generate an additional 100 million dollars per year in revenue for Car Keys Express.

If Costco and Sam’s Club had it their way, along with our client Car Keys Express, we would be in 500 stores every day, instead of the 110 we are currently in. This means we need to train and develop 390 - 400 new managers ASAP. Our nationwide organizational goal is to do this within the next 24-36 months.​
